A 2-Week NXT Road Tour kicks off from Osaka, Japan on December 3rd, 6pm (Japan Time). Aside from Asuka’s home town of Osaka, this tour includes live events occurring in Australia, Riverside, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada.

We have to point out that one of the numerous ways the NXT is a completely different animal compared to Raw and SmackDown Live is that NXT loves to tape matches featured on their house shows and include those matches in one of the weekly NXT episodes on the WWE Network; in a random order at times. I was fortunate enough to witness two Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic semi-final matches taped in Los Angeles.

Another interesting fact is that we have also seen a title change before during an NXT House Show (Joe def. Balor at Lowell, Massachusetts). Will we see any title changes within this tour? If Nakamura does not retain the title, I do pray to the wrestling gods that he gets called up to the main roster. Same thing if Joe loses the title once again, I hope SmackDown Live drafts him.

One thing is certain, whoever is NXT Champ come NXT TakeOver: San Antonio in January, will face the new #1 ContenderSPOILER ALERT:

Bobby Roode. The glorious one won a Fatal 4-Way elimination match during one of the NXT episode tapings at Full Sail University to be the next challenger for the NXT title in San Antonio.
