On Monday’s episode of RAW, Mick Foley addressed the crowd about Seth Rollins interfering in the main event last week and announced that WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens would face Roman Reigns inside a steel cage in the main event of the show.

Word backstage has revealed that the WWE put these two guys inside of a cage and made the announcement in the first hour of the show, was a way to try to keep the ratings up for the final third hour of RAW. It’s been well documented that the third hour of RAW is historically the lowest hour on a weekly bases and with WWE going up against the NFL, WWE is trying even harder to keep the ratings decent.
