It’s officially WrestleMania weekend!! NXT Takes Over Orlando just 24 hours before the grandest show of the year. And it will be described with one word… GLORIOUS!!

NXT Takeover Orlando will be main evented by The “Glorious” Bobby Roode. He will defend the NXT Championship against former Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. Though Roode is highly favored to retain his Championship, this match is sure to be an instant classic. And what is thought to be one of Shinsuke’s last matches in NXT.

Asuka is the longest reigning Champion in NXT history. She has devoured every competitor who has stood in her path. But, there is an Eclipse on the horizon in the form of Ember Moon. Ember has quickly risen in popularity in NXT. She is talented in the ring and on the mic. A real threat to Asuka’s reign as NXT Women’s Champion. This match could go in either direction. Ember could take down The Empress of tomorrow and Become the new NXT Women’s Champion. This would make the most sense if Asuka is expecting a main roster call-up following WrestleMania. Or, Asuka could retain and stay in NXT a bit longer. Maybe even vacating the title instead of losing it. This match is sure to be entertaining either way it goes.

Two former teams of NXT Tag Team Champions will be challenging for the titles yet again. That’s right, DIY and The Revival will challenge The Authors of Pain for the NXT Tag Team Championships. But, this isn’t just any tag team title match. It’s an elimination match. Meaning that one team will be pinned and eliminated, leaving the final two teams to face off. It is believed that The Authors of Pain will retain the titles. DIY and The Revival have both accomplished great things in NXT. Their time may be up in WWE’s developmental territory. A main roster call-up may be in the cards for them sooner rather than later.

After a few weeks of some eerie promos and video segments, Aleister Black is ready to make his NXT debut. He will face off against Andrade “Cien” Almas in his first televised NXT Match. Almas has been on the rise lately. After his much needed heel turn, he has found some footing in NXT. The match between the two of them is sure to entertain all NXT fans.

Since their debut a few months ago, SAnitY has taken over the NXT Roster. Eric Young, Alexander Wolf, Killian Dain and Nikki Cross have cemented their place as one of the most dominant factions to ever step foot in NXT. After “The Perfect 10” Tye Dillinger turned down an offer to join SAnitY, he has been targeted by the faction. But, Roderick Strong and No Way Jose have come to his aid. Evening the odds just a bit. But, they were still one person short against SAnitY. That is until NXT Newcomer Ruby Riot added herself to the equation. Joining forced with Dillinger, Strong and Jose against SAnitY. The two groups will officially face off in a match for the first time ever at NXT Takeover Orlando. Although SAnitY will probably pick up the win, it would make the most sense for Dillinger’s team to get the victory. It would be the perfect ending to an Underdog story. Especially since Dillinger may make his main roster debut very soon.
