Last night on Monday Night Raw, a new #1 Contender for the Raw Women’s Champion was crowned. Raw newcomers Alexa Bliss and Mickie James faced off against Sasha Banks and Nia Jax in a fatal 4-way match.

Nia dominated almost the entire match. She’s not like most girls, and she definitely proved that last night. But, it wasn’t Jax who was standing tall at the end of the match. Sasha Banks is said to become the new face of the Raw Women’s division. Especially since the red brand lost their Queen Charlotte in the Superstar Shake-Up. Sasha showed who the boss of Monday Night Raw really was during the match. But, it wasn’t Sasha who claimed the victory either. It was one of Raw’s newest additions that would become the new #1 Contender for the Women’s Championship.

Mickie James has been less than thrilling since her return to WWE last fall. It was quite the shock when it was James traded to Raw instead of Carmella last week. The Princess of Staten Island was said to be traded to join her former NXT Teammates Enzo and Cass on Raw. But a last minute decision was made and it was Mickie to Raw instead. The former 6x Women’s Champion finally got her chance to show what she was made of in the #1 Contendership match. But Mickie also wasn’t victorious.

That’s right, there’s only one competitor left. It was the Former 2x Smackdown Women’s Champion that captured the win. After capitalizing on a Samoan Drop from Nia Jax, Alexa Bliss would steal the pin. Therefore becoming the #1 Contender for the Raw Women’s Championship. Bliss will face the current Champion Bayley at The Raw Exclusive Pay-Per-View Payback. Looking to capture her first Women’s Championship since joining Monday Night Raw.

If Alexa Bliss is able to defeat Bayley at Payback, she will make history. If she becomes the Raw Women’s Champion, she will be the first woman since the creation of the new Raw and Smackdown Women’s Championships to hold both titles. The only other woman who has the ability to make that history is Charlotte. The Queen of WWE was traded to Smackdown Live in the Superstar Shake-Up. If she captures the Smackdown Women’s Championship before Alexa captures the Raw Championship, she will be etched into the history books.

Would you like to see Alexa Bliss defeat Bayley at Payback? Will she be the first Woman in WWE History to hold both the Raw and Smackdown Women’s Championships? Let us know in the comments!!!
