We saw ‘The Beast Incarnate’ Brock Lesnar conquer Goldberg at WrestleMania 33, winning the Universal Title for the first time in his career in what was a brutal match, but many fans are wondering where the Title has been.
We saw Brock Lesnar & Paul Heyman appear on Monday Night Raw the night after WrestleMania, but they haven’t been seen since. Fans did know what to expect, everyone knows Lesnar is a part-time superstar, so it comes to know shock, but the internet still loves to dig into Brock for his lack of on screen appearances as a champion.
On the WWE Payback edition of ‘Miz TV’ former & first ever Universal Champion Finn Balor, hinted that he would be happy with taking on Lesnar to try and reclaim his title which he had to vacate due to injury, but this Monday Night on Raw, Rollins also made it clear that he was after the same championship and he also wanted a piece of Lesnar.
Dave Meltzer noted that both Balor & Rollins are expected to face Lesnar sometime before WrestleMania 34, but nothing is set in stone.
It’s being reported that neither Balor or Rollins are the next challenger for the title, but none other than Braun Strowman is next in line for a title shot against the beast. The current plan is to have the monster among men face Lesnar for the Title at the Raw exclusive Pay Per View ‘Great Balls Of Fire’ [yes, you read that correctly.]
