WWE Raw Superstar Samoa Joe has been out of action from 2 weeks due to suffering a knee injury at a house show. Joe was also supposed to face John Cena at RAW but plans changed due to his injury.

The right hand of destruction was set to return at the end of September but it looks like plans have changed. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Samoa Joe is slated to return to action at the end of October. This is possibly because WWE wants to give him to fully heal up.

Joe last wrestled on the post-SummerSlam edition of RAW on August 21st. Joe teamed with the Miz on the show in a losing effort to John Cena and Roman Reigns.
