Daniel Bryan Says The IC Title Match Should’ve Closed No Mercy!

So despite losing to Naomi at WWE No Mercy tonight, Alexa Bliss is still the #1 Contender to the Smackdown Women’s Title. She will be facing Becky Lynch for the Championship at the November 8th WWE live event in Glasgow, Scotland.

The new IC Champion Dolph Ziggler was also a special guest and talked about history wrestling The Miz in the WWE in his match career vs championship contest. Dolph went on to say he needed to step up and prove he could get the job done tonight in front of the world and himself and said he knew that if he couldn’t be the best in his hometown of Cleveland in front of his family, he needed to get out of the business once and for all.

Daniel Bryan then went on to praise he IC Title match tonight and said Ziggler and Miz deserved to main event No Mercy and hopefully one day they can have the IC Title main event if the story calls for it.

Shane McMahon congratulated Ziggler also but mentioned he was unsure which Ziggler would show up to No Mercy, but then said the fighting Ziggler showed up and thus deserves to be IC champion because he “earned it”.
